Prices are for actual hands-on time and includes your choice of essential oil. Warm towels and hot stones are included in my studio massages. Chakra Massage

My specialty! In addition to my regular massage, I use seven warm, smooth stones, combine gem essences and essential oils topically that correspond with the seven chakras and provide a boost of Reiki energy! It is awesome!

Relaxation Massage-Studio Only

Enjoy the benefits a relaxation massage can offer! Reduced anxiety, enhanced blood and lymph circulation, increased immunity, better sleep, reduction of cortisol, increased oxygen and nutrients to tissues and skin, and elevated feelings of overall well-being! This massage will help to release your “feel-good” hormones providing a sense of peace and mood improvement, ease muscle tension and provide an escape from the fight or flight sensation most of us are feeling these days all too often.

I use a firm but medium (or light if you prefer) pressure and focus on allowing your mind and body to relax with soothing and flowing strokes, warmth of stones and towels, essential oil of your choice, soft music and lighting, a scalp and face massage with a nourishing serum (if desired) and limited communication as to truly let you be in the moment.

Hot Stone Treatment (Studio Only)

This is an indulgent spa-like experience that grounds the body and mind, melts away tension and nourishes the skin. I first use heated basalt stones to warm your tissues, increase circulation and open the pores allowing my own blend of jojoba, sunflower, coconut and shea butter oil to penetrate and hydrate your skin. I then massage the muscles using warm Himalayan stones which contain 80 trace minerals including potassium, iron, calcium and magnesium. These minerals are absorbed into the skin allowing your pH levels to regulate, hydration to increase, detoxification to occur as well as the benefit of pain relief and a deeper and more restful sleep. This treatment includes hot towels and massage on the feet and hands as well as a focus on the neck, shoulders, scalp and face. Your face will be gently warmed and massaged with rose quartz stones and treated with your choice of locally handcrafted and organic serum from the Golden Poppy Apothecary in Old Town. Your skin, mind, and muscles will thank you!
